Ces conditions s'appliquent aux prestations et aux paiements en ligne de Stefan ANTUN. La partie générale vaut pour tous les sites et toutes les offres ; suit ensuite, pour chaque site, une section propre qui prime sur la partie générale.
Champ d'application
Ces conditions s'appliquent dès qu'une prestation est commandée ou qu'un paiement est déclenché. La version déterminante est celle qui figure sur cette page à ce moment-là.
En cas de contradiction entre la partie générale et la section d'un site particulier, c'est la section de ce site qui s'applique à ce site.

Les prestations
Le conseil et les travaux d'infrastructure, de réseau et de sécurité sont convenus par écrit, cas par cas, avant de commencer. L'étendue, le prix et les délais suivent cette convention ; les présentes conditions comblent ce qu'elle laisse ouvert.
Ce qui peut être acheté via un site est décrit sur la page qui le vend. La section de ce site dit ce qui est alors conclu.
Prix et paiement
Les prix sont en francs suisses. Les impôts et taxes s'ajoutent dans la mesure où ils sont dus.
Les paiements par carte passent par Stripe. Le numéro de carte n'arrive jamais chez l'exploitant. Les reçus sont envoyés par Stripe.
Les factures pour des travaux convenus par écrit sont payables dans les 30 jours, sauf disposition contraire de la convention.
Remboursement
Le droit suisse ne connaît pas de droit de révocation général pour les services commandés en ligne. Lorsqu'une prestation est fournie immédiatement et intégralement à la demande expresse du client, il ne reste rien à restituer ; la section du site concerné dit quand tel est le cas.
Disponibilité
Aucune disponibilité n'est garantie pour aucun site. Ils sont exploités au mieux des moyens disponibles. Des interruptions pour maintenance, des pannes et des indisponibilités sont possibles et ne donnent droit à aucun remboursement.
Responsabilité
La responsabilité est limitée dans toute la mesure permise par la loi. Est exclue la responsabilité pour négligence légère, pour dommage indirect et pour gain manqué. N'est pas exclue, et ne peut pas l'être, la responsabilité pour la mort et les lésions corporelles ainsi que pour le dol et la négligence grave.
Les sites de tiers accessibles par un lien relèvent de la seule responsabilité de leurs exploitants.
Modification des conditions
L'exploitant peut modifier ces conditions. La nouvelle version est publiée sur cette page et s'applique aux commandes passées après sa publication. Pour une prestation déjà payée, c'est la version acceptée lors du paiement qui s'applique.
Droit applicable et for
Le droit suisse est applicable. Le for est à Genève. Les dispositions légales impératives sont réservées : les consommateurs peuvent toujours se prévaloir du for de leur domicile.

Cette section s'applique au site vertio.ch et prime pour lui sur la partie générale. Elle est identique au texte publié sur vertio.ch même.
Ce qu'est vertio.ch
vertio.ch tient des classements publics pour la Suisse. Vous y achetez une place. Le rang est l'enchère : qui paie plus est plus haut. Il n'y a aucun autre critère, aucun algorithme et aucun choix rédactionnel.
Chaque inscription est un placement payé. Le montant payé est affiché publiquement à côté du rang. Le classement n'évalue pas les prestataires et ne dit rien de leur qualité.
Qui peut enchérir
Peuvent enchérir les entreprises et les personnes établies ou domiciliées en Suisse. Vous ne pouvez lier que votre propre offre.
L'adresse liée doit être accessible publiquement en HTTPS. Les liens courts ne sont pas admis, ni les liens d'affiliation, de parrainage, d'invitation ou de suivi. Une redirection n'est acceptée qu'à l'intérieur du même domaine.
Les contenus interdits par le droit suisse ne sont pas admis. Le titre, la description et l'icône ne peuvent pas être obscènes ou pornographiques.
Une inscription vers votre propre site est payée depuis une adresse e-mail sur le même domaine. Une inscription vers un profil sur l'une des plateformes admises se prouve par un mot que nous indiquons et qui doit figurer dans le profil lui-même. Sans cette preuve, aucune inscription n'est créée.
Inscrire le profil ou l'offre d'autrui est interdit. Quiconque se fait passer pour un tiers est retiré sans remboursement ; les personnes concernées peuvent nous écrire à info@vertio.ch, et nous retirons de telles inscriptions également de notre propre initiative.
Comment on enchérit
L'enchère la plus basse est de CHF 1.00. Le paiement se fait uniquement en francs. Chaque montant doit se situer sur la grille de son ordre de grandeur : pas de CHF 0.01 sous CHF 10, de CHF 0.10 sous CHF 100, de CHF 1 sous CHF 1'000, de CHF 10 sous CHF 10'000 et de CHF 100 au-dessus.
Chaque montant est unique par classement. Un montant déjà détenu ne peut pas être acheté. Par classement, un enchérisseur détient une seule inscription.
Un complément sur une inscription existante est additif : une inscription à CHF 1.00 pour laquelle CHF 4.00 sont versés passe à CHF 5.00. Le nouveau montant doit être libre et sur la grille. Un complément peut être payé par n'importe qui avec n'importe quelle carte ; il ne peut que faire monter l'inscription.
Dès qu'une enchère commence, le montant est réservé pendant 30 minutes. Sans paiement dans ce délai, la réservation tombe et le montant redevient libre. Le rang n'est attribué qu'après un paiement réussi.
Les deux classements
Il y a deux classements, indépendants l'un de l'autre. Le classement « toujours » garde une inscription sans limite de temps. Le classement « semaine » retire une inscription sept jours après son dernier paiement réussi ; son montant redevient alors libre. Un complément fait repartir ces sept jours.
Prix et paiement
Le paiement se fait par carte via Stripe Checkout. Une adresse de facturation en Suisse est nécessaire. Les reçus sont envoyés par Stripe ; vertio.ch n'envoie pas de reçus propres.
Les prix sont en francs suisses. Les impôts et taxes s'ajoutent dans la mesure où ils sont dus.
Aucun remboursement
Les paiements ne sont pas remboursés. Il y a une seule exception : si vertio.ch ne peut pas honorer un paiement, celui-ci est remboursé automatiquement. C'est le cas lorsque la carte détient déjà une inscription sur le même classement ou lorsque l'adresse de facturation n'est pas en Suisse. Ces deux faits n'apparaissent qu'au moment du débit.
La prestation est fournie immédiatement et intégralement : dès que le paiement aboutit, le rang vous appartient, il est visible publiquement et le montant est bloqué pour tous les autres sur ce classement. Qui place une enchère demande expressément cette exécution immédiate. Après le paiement, il n'y a donc plus rien à restituer.
Contrôle et retrait
Chaque inscription est contrôlée automatiquement à la saisie : l'adresse, les listes de blocage, le titre et la description. Un modèle de langue lit la page cible et l'évalue. Cette évaluation n'est qu'une aide ; la décision est prise à la main.
L'exploitant peut retirer une inscription à tout moment, à sa libre appréciation et sans remboursement. Après une rétrofacturation perdue, le domaine, l'adresse de courriel et l'empreinte de la carte peuvent être bloqués.
Rétrofacturations
Si le paiement initial d'une inscription est rétrofacturé, l'inscription est retirée et son rang libéré. Si la rétrofacturation ne porte que sur un complément, seule cette contribution tombe : l'inscription revient à son montant précédent ou au premier échelon libre en dessous.
Si le litige est gagné, l'inscription est rétablie pour autant que le rang soit encore libre. Si le litige est perdu, l'inscription reste retirée et le domaine, l'adresse de courriel et l'empreinte de la carte sont bloqués.
Une rétrofacturation portant sur une inscription déjà publiée est une violation du contrat : la prestation était fournie à ce moment-là. vertio.ch se réserve le droit de réclamer le montant dû et le dommage qui en résulte, y compris les frais facturés par le prestataire de paiement pour le litige, au besoin par la voie de la poursuite. Il en va autrement si le paiement ne vient pas de vous : signalez un usage abusif de votre carte à info@vertio.ch et l'affaire sera réglée sans frais pour vous.
Modifier une inscription
Le titre, la description et l'icône peuvent être modifiés. Pour cela, vertio.ch envoie un lien à usage unique à l'adresse de courriel indiquée lors du paiement. L'adresse du site, la commune et la catégorie ne peuvent pas être modifiées.
Disponibilité
L'exploitant ne garantit aucune disponibilité. Le site est exploité au mieux de ses moyens. Des interruptions pour maintenance, des pannes et des indisponibilités sont possibles et ne donnent droit à aucun remboursement.
Responsabilité
La responsabilité de l'exploitant est limitée dans toute la mesure permise par la loi. Les sites liés relèvent de la seule responsabilité de leurs exploitants. vertio.ch contrôle les adresses à l'inscription, mais n'assume aucune responsabilité pour leur contenu.
Modification des conditions

Diese Bedingungen gelten für die Dienstleistungen und die Online-Zahlungen von Stefan ANTUN. Der allgemeine Teil gilt für alle Websites und Angebote; danach folgt für jede Website ein eigener Abschnitt, der dem allgemeinen Teil vorgeht.
Geltungsbereich
Diese Bedingungen gelten ab dem Zeitpunkt, in dem eine Leistung bestellt oder eine Zahlung ausgelöst wird. Massgebend ist die Fassung, die in diesem Zeitpunkt auf dieser Seite steht.
Widersprechen sich der allgemeine Teil und der Abschnitt einer einzelnen Website, so gilt für diese Website der Abschnitt dieser Website.

Die Leistungen
Beratung und Arbeiten an Infrastruktur, Netzwerk und Sicherheit werden im Einzelfall vor Beginn schriftlich vereinbart. Umfang, Preis und Termine richten sich nach dieser Vereinbarung; diese Bedingungen füllen, was sie offen lässt.
Was über eine Website gekauft werden kann, beschreibt die Seite, die es verkauft. Der Abschnitt dieser Website sagt, was dabei zustande kommt.
Preise und Zahlung
Die Preise sind in Schweizer Franken. Steuern kommen dazu, soweit sie anfallen.
Kartenzahlungen laufen über Stripe. Die Kartennummer erreicht den Betreiber nie. Die Belege versendet Stripe.
Rechnungen für schriftlich vereinbarte Arbeiten sind innert 30 Tagen zahlbar, soweit die Vereinbarung nichts anderes sagt.
Rückerstattung
Das schweizerische Recht kennt für online bestellte Dienstleistungen kein allgemeines Widerrufsrecht. Wird eine Leistung auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch sofort und vollständig erbracht, bleibt nichts, was zurückgegeben werden könnte; der Abschnitt der betroffenen Website sagt, wann das der Fall ist.
Verfügbarkeit
Für keine Website wird eine Verfügbarkeit zugesichert. Sie werden nach bestem Können betrieben. Unterbrüche für Wartung, Störungen und Ausfälle sind möglich und geben keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.
Haftung
Die Haftung ist so weit beschränkt, wie es das Gesetz erlaubt. Ausgeschlossen ist die Haftung für leichte Fahrlässigkeit, für mittelbaren Schaden und für entgangenen Gewinn. Nicht ausgeschlossen ist und kann nicht ausgeschlossen werden die Haftung für Tod und Körperverletzung sowie für Absicht und grobe Fahrlässigkeit.
Für Websites Dritter, die über einen Link erreichbar sind, haftet allein deren Betreiber.
Änderungen dieser Bedingungen
Der Betreiber kann diese Bedingungen ändern. Die neue Fassung wird auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht und gilt für Bestellungen, die danach erfolgen. Für eine bereits bezahlte Leistung gilt die Fassung, der bei der Zahlung zugestimmt wurde.
Anwendbares Recht und Gerichtsstand
Es gilt schweizerisches Recht. Gerichtsstand ist Genf. Zwingende gesetzliche Bestimmungen bleiben vorbehalten: Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten können sich stets auf den Gerichtsstand an ihrem Wohnsitz berufen.
vertio.ch
Dieser Abschnitt gilt für die Website vertio.ch und geht für sie dem allgemeinen Teil vor. Er ist wortgleich mit dem Text, der auf vertio.ch selbst veröffentlicht ist.
Was vertio.ch ist
vertio.ch führt öffentliche Ranglisten für die Schweiz. Sie kaufen darin einen Platz. Der Rang ist das Gebot: Wer mehr bezahlt, steht höher. Es gibt kein weiteres Kriterium, keinen Algorithmus und keine redaktionelle Auswahl.
Jeder Eintrag ist eine bezahlte Platzierung. Der bezahlte Betrag steht öffentlich neben dem Rang. Die Rangliste bewertet die Anbieter nicht und sagt nichts über ihre Qualität.
Wer bieten darf
Bieten dürfen Unternehmen und Personen mit Sitz oder Wohnsitz in der Schweiz. Sie dürfen nur auf ein eigenes Angebot verlinken.
Die verlinkte Adresse muss öffentlich über HTTPS erreichbar sein. Kurzlinks sind nicht erlaubt, ebenso wenig Affiliate-, Empfehlungs-, Einladungs- und Trackinglinks. Eine Weiterleitung wird nur innerhalb derselben Domain akzeptiert.
Inhalte, die nach schweizerischem Recht verboten sind, sind nicht erlaubt. Titel, Beschreibung und Symbol dürfen nicht obszön oder pornografisch sein.
Ein Eintrag auf eine eigene Website wird von einer E-Mail-Adresse auf derselben Domain bezahlt. Ein Eintrag auf ein Profil bei einer der zugelassenen Plattformen wird dadurch nachgewiesen, dass ein von uns genanntes Wort im Profil selbst steht. Ohne diesen Nachweis kommt kein Eintrag zustande.
Ein Eintrag auf ein fremdes Profil oder ein fremdes Angebot ist untersagt. Wer sich als jemand anderes ausgibt, wird ohne Rückerstattung entfernt; betroffene Personen erreichen uns unter info@vertio.ch, und wir entfernen solche Einträge auch von uns aus.
Wie geboten wird
Das kleinste Gebot ist CHF 1.00. Bezahlt wird nur in Franken. Jeder Betrag muss auf dem Raster seiner Grössenordnung liegen: Schritte von CHF 0.01 unter CHF 10, von CHF 0.10 unter CHF 100, von CHF 1 unter CHF 1'000, von CHF 10 unter CHF 10'000 und von CHF 100 darüber.
Jeder Betrag ist pro Rangliste einmalig. Ein Betrag, den bereits jemand hält, kann nicht gekauft werden. Pro Rangliste hält eine Bieterin oder ein Bieter einen Eintrag.
Ein Aufschlag auf einen bestehenden Eintrag ist additiv: Ein Eintrag bei CHF 1.00, für den CHF 4.00 nachgezahlt werden, steht danach bei CHF 5.00. Der neue Betrag muss frei sein und auf dem Raster liegen. Einen Aufschlag darf jede Person mit jeder Karte bezahlen; er kann einen Eintrag nur anheben.
Sobald ein Gebot beginnt, ist der Betrag 30 Minuten reserviert. Wird in dieser Zeit nicht bezahlt, verfällt die Reservation und der Betrag wird wieder frei. Der Rang wird erst vergeben, wenn die Zahlung gelungen ist.
Die beiden Ranglisten
Es gibt zwei Ranglisten, die voneinander unabhängig sind. Die Rangliste «immer» behält einen Eintrag ohne zeitliche Grenze. Die Rangliste «Woche» entfernt einen Eintrag sieben Tage nach seiner letzten gelungenen Zahlung; danach wird sein Betrag wieder frei. Ein Aufschlag startet diese sieben Tage neu.
Preise und Zahlung
Bezahlt wird mit Karte über Stripe Checkout. Eine Rechnungsadresse in der Schweiz ist notwendig. Die Belege versendet Stripe; vertio.ch versendet keine eigenen Belege.
Die Preise sind in Schweizer Franken. Steuern kommen dazu, soweit sie anfallen.
Keine Rückerstattung
Zahlungen werden nicht zurückerstattet. Es gibt eine einzige Ausnahme: Kann vertio.ch eine Zahlung nicht einlösen, wird sie automatisch zurückerstattet. Das ist der Fall, wenn die Karte auf derselben Rangliste bereits einen Eintrag hält oder wenn die Rechnungsadresse nicht in der Schweiz liegt. Beides zeigt sich erst bei der Belastung.
Die Leistung wird sofort und vollständig erbracht: Mit der erfolgreichen Zahlung gehört Ihnen der Rang, er ist öffentlich sichtbar, und der Betrag ist auf dieser Rangliste für alle anderen gesperrt. Wer ein Gebot abgibt, verlangt diese sofortige Erfüllung ausdrücklich. Nach der Zahlung gibt es deshalb nichts mehr, was zurückgegeben werden könnte.
Prüfung und Entfernung
Jeder Eintrag wird bei der Aufnahme automatisch geprüft: die Adresse, die Sperrlisten, der Titel und die Beschreibung. Ein Sprachmodell liest die Zielseite und beurteilt sie. Dieses Urteil ist nur ein Hilfsmittel; entschieden wird von Hand.
Der Betreiber kann einen Eintrag jederzeit nach eigenem Ermessen entfernen, ohne Rückerstattung. Nach einer verlorenen Rückbuchung können die Domain, die E-Mail-Adresse und die Kartenkennung gesperrt werden.
Rückbuchungen
Wird die ursprüngliche Zahlung eines Eintrags zurückgebucht, wird der Eintrag entfernt und sein Rang freigegeben. Betrifft die Rückbuchung nur einen Aufschlag, fällt allein dieser Beitrag weg: Der Eintrag steht danach auf seinem vorherigen Betrag oder auf der nächsten freien Stufe darunter.
Wird ein Fall gewonnen, wird der Eintrag wiederhergestellt, sofern der Rang noch frei ist. Wird ein Fall verloren, bleibt der Eintrag entfernt, und die Domain, die E-Mail-Adresse und die Kartenkennung werden gesperrt.
Eine Rückbuchung für einen Eintrag, der veröffentlicht wurde, ist eine Vertragsverletzung: Die Leistung war zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits erbracht. vertio.ch behält sich vor, den geschuldeten Betrag und den daraus entstandenen Schaden geltend zu machen, einschliesslich der Gebühren, die der Zahlungsdienstleister für den Fall verrechnet, und nötigenfalls auf dem Betreibungsweg. Anders liegt es, wenn die Zahlung gar nicht von Ihnen stammt: Melden Sie einen Missbrauch Ihrer Karte an info@vertio.ch, und die Sache wird ohne Kosten für Sie geklärt.
Änderungen an einem Eintrag
Titel, Beschreibung und Symbol können geändert werden. Dafür sendet vertio.ch einen einmaligen Link an die E-Mail-Adresse, die beim Checkout angegeben wurde. Die Adresse, die Gemeinde und die Kategorie können nicht geändert werden.
Verfügbarkeit
Der Betreiber sichert keine Verfügbarkeit zu. Die Website wird nach bestem Können betrieben. Unterbrüche für Wartung, Störungen und Ausfälle sind möglich und geben keinen Anspruch auf Rückerstattung.
Haftung
Die Haftung des Betreibers ist so weit beschränkt, wie es das Gesetz erlaubt. Für die verlinkten Websites haftet allein deren Betreiber. vertio.ch prüft die Adressen bei der Aufnahme, übernimmt aber keine Verantwortung für ihren Inhalt.

Queste condizioni si applicano dal momento in cui una prestazione viene ordinata o un pagamento viene avviato. Fa fede la versione che in quel momento figura su questa pagina.
In caso di contraddizione fra la parte generale e la sezione di un singolo sito, per quel sito vale la sezione di quel sito.

Le prestazioni
La consulenza e i lavori su infrastruttura, rete e sicurezza sono concordati per iscritto, caso per caso, prima di iniziare. Portata, prezzo e termini seguono quell'accordo; queste condizioni colmano ciò che esso lascia aperto.
Ciò che può essere acquistato tramite un sito è descritto sulla pagina che lo vende. La sezione di quel sito dice che cosa si conclude.
Prezzi e pagamento
I prezzi sono in franchi svizzeri. Le imposte si aggiungono nella misura in cui sono dovute.
I pagamenti con carta passano da Stripe. Il numero della carta non arriva mai al gestore. Le ricevute le invia Stripe.
Le fatture per lavori concordati per iscritto sono pagabili entro 30 giorni, salvo diversa disposizione dell'accordo.
Rimborso
Il diritto svizzero non conosce un diritto di revoca generale per i servizi ordinati online. Quando una prestazione è fornita subito e per intero su richiesta espressa del cliente, non resta nulla da restituire; la sezione del sito interessato dice quando è il caso.
Disponibilità
Per nessun sito è garantita una disponibilità. Sono gestiti al meglio delle possibilità. Interruzioni per manutenzione, guasti e disservizi sono possibili e non danno diritto a nessun rimborso.
Responsabilità
La responsabilità è limitata nella misura massima consentita dalla legge. È esclusa la responsabilità per negligenza lieve, per danno indiretto e per mancato guadagno. Non è esclusa, e non può esserlo, la responsabilità per morte e lesioni personali nonché per dolo e colpa grave.
Dei siti di terzi raggiungibili tramite un link rispondono soltanto i loro gestori.
Modifiche delle condizioni
Il gestore può modificare queste condizioni. La nuova versione viene pubblicata su questa pagina e vale per gli ordini fatti dopo la pubblicazione. Per una prestazione già pagata vale la versione accettata al momento del pagamento.
Diritto applicabile e foro
Si applica il diritto svizzero. Il foro è a Ginevra. Restano riservate le disposizioni di legge imperative: i consumatori possono sempre far valere il foro del loro domicilio.
vertio.ch
Questa sezione si applica al sito vertio.ch e per esso prevale sulla parte generale. È identica al testo pubblicato su vertio.ch stesso.
Che cos'è vertio.ch
vertio.ch tiene classifiche pubbliche per la Svizzera. Voi ci comprate un posto. La posizione è l'offerta: chi paga di più sta più in alto. Non c'è nessun altro criterio, nessun algoritmo e nessuna scelta redazionale.
Ogni inserzione è un posizionamento a pagamento. L'importo pagato è mostrato pubblicamente accanto alla posizione. La classifica non valuta i fornitori e non dice nulla sulla loro qualità.
Chi può offrire
Possono offrire imprese e persone con sede o domicilio in Svizzera. Potete collegare solo un'offerta vostra.
L'indirizzo collegato deve essere raggiungibile pubblicamente via HTTPS. I link brevi non sono ammessi, e nemmeno i link di affiliazione, di segnalazione, di invito o di tracciamento. Un reindirizzamento è accettato solo all'interno dello stesso dominio.

Un'inserzione verso un sito proprio è pagata da un indirizzo e-mail sullo stesso dominio. Un'inserzione verso un profilo su una delle piattaforme ammesse si prova con una parola che indichiamo e che deve comparire nel profilo stesso. Senza questa prova non nasce alcuna inserzione.
È vietato inserire il profilo o l'offerta di altri. Chi si spaccia per un terzo viene rimosso senza rimborso; le persone interessate possono scriverci a info@vertio.ch e rimuoviamo tali inserzioni anche di nostra iniziativa.
Come si offre
L'offerta minima è di CHF 1.00. Il pagamento avviene solo in franchi. Ogni importo deve stare sulla griglia del suo ordine di grandezza: passi di CHF 0.01 sotto CHF 10, di CHF 0.10 sotto CHF 100, di CHF 1 sotto CHF 1'000, di CHF 10 sotto CHF 10'000 e di CHF 100 sopra.
Ogni importo è unico per classifica. Un importo già detenuto non può essere comprato. Per classifica, un offerente detiene una sola inserzione.
Un rilancio su un'inserzione esistente è additivo: un'inserzione a CHF 1.00 per cui si pagano altri CHF 4.00 passa a CHF 5.00. Il nuovo importo deve essere libero e sulla griglia. Un rilancio può essere pagato da chiunque con qualsiasi carta; può solo alzare l'inserzione.
Appena inizia un'offerta, l'importo resta riservato per 30 minuti. Se non si paga entro questo tempo, la riserva decade e l'importo torna libero. La posizione viene assegnata solo dopo un pagamento riuscito.
Le due classifiche
Ci sono due classifiche, indipendenti l'una dall'altra. La classifica «sempre» tiene un'inserzione senza limite di tempo. La classifica «settimana» rimuove un'inserzione sette giorni dopo il suo ultimo pagamento riuscito; il suo importo torna allora libero. Un rilancio fa ripartire questi sette giorni.
Prezzi e pagamento
Il pagamento avviene con carta tramite Stripe Checkout. È necessario un indirizzo di fatturazione in Svizzera. Le ricevute le invia Stripe; vertio.ch non invia ricevute proprie.
I prezzi sono in franchi svizzeri. Le imposte si aggiungono nella misura in cui sono dovute.
Nessun rimborso
I pagamenti non vengono rimborsati. C'è una sola eccezione: se vertio.ch non può onorare un pagamento, questo viene rimborsato automaticamente. È il caso quando la carta detiene già un'inserzione sulla stessa classifica o quando l'indirizzo di fatturazione non è in Svizzera. Entrambi si vedono solo al momento dell'addebito.
La prestazione è fornita subito e per intero: con il pagamento riuscito la posizione è vostra, è visibile pubblicamente e l'importo è bloccato per tutti gli altri su questa classifica. Chi fa un'offerta chiede espressamente questa esecuzione immediata. Dopo il pagamento non c'è quindi più nulla da restituire.
Controllo e rimozione
Ogni inserzione viene controllata automaticamente all'inserimento: l'indirizzo, le liste di blocco, il titolo e la descrizione. Un modello linguistico legge la pagina di destinazione e la valuta. Questa valutazione è solo un aiuto; la decisione viene presa a mano.
Il gestore può rimuovere un'inserzione in qualsiasi momento, a sua discrezione e senza rimborso. Dopo uno storno perso, il dominio, l'indirizzo e-mail e l'impronta della carta possono essere bloccati.
Storni
Se il pagamento iniziale di un'inserzione viene stornato, l'inserzione viene rimossa e la sua posizione liberata. Se lo storno riguarda solo un rilancio, cade soltanto quel contributo: l'inserzione torna al suo importo precedente o al primo gradino libero sotto di esso.
Se la contestazione viene vinta, l'inserzione viene ripristinata se la posizione è ancora libera. Se viene persa, l'inserzione resta rimossa e il dominio, l'indirizzo e-mail e l'impronta della carta vengono bloccati.
Uno storno per un'inserzione già pubblicata è una violazione del contratto: in quel momento la prestazione era già stata fornita. vertio.ch si riserva di far valere l'importo dovuto e il danno che ne deriva, comprese le spese addebitate dal prestatore di servizi di pagamento per la contestazione, se necessario per via esecutiva. È diverso se il pagamento non proviene da voi: segnalate un uso abusivo della vostra carta a info@vertio.ch e la questione sarà chiarita senza costi per voi.
Modificare un'inserzione
Il titolo, la descrizione e l'icona possono essere modificati. Per questo vertio.ch invia un link monouso all'indirizzo e-mail indicato al momento del pagamento. L'indirizzo del sito, il comune e la categoria non possono essere modificati.
Disponibilità
Il gestore non garantisce nessuna disponibilità. Il sito è gestito al meglio delle possibilità. Interruzioni per manutenzione, guasti e disservizi sono possibili e non danno diritto a nessun rimborso.
Responsabilità
La responsabilità del gestore è limitata nella misura massima consentita dalla legge. Dei siti collegati rispondono soltanto i loro gestori. vertio.ch controlla gli indirizzi all'inserimento, ma non assume nessuna responsabilità per il loro contenuto.
Modifiche delle condizioni
Il gestore può modificare queste condizioni. La nuova versione viene pubblicata su questa pagina. Vale per le offerte fatte dopo la pubblicazione. Per un'inserzione già pagata vale la versione accettata al momento del pagamento.
Diritto applicabile e foro
Si applica il diritto svizzero. Il foro è a Ginevra. Restano riservate le disposizioni di legge imperative: i consumatori possono sempre far valere il foro del loro domicilio.

General part
These terms apply to the services and the online payments of Stefan ANTUN. The general part covers every website and offering; a section of its own then follows for each website, and it prevails over the general part.
Scope
These terms apply from the moment a service is ordered or a payment is started. The version that stands on this page at that moment is the one that counts.
Where the general part and the section of one website contradict each other, the section of that website governs that website.

The services
Consulting and work on infrastructure, networks and security is agreed in writing, case by case, before it begins. Its scope, its price and its dates follow that agreement; these terms fill what it leaves open.
What can be bought through a website is described on the page that sells it. The section of that website says what comes about.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Swiss francs. Taxes are added as applicable.
Card payments run through Stripe. The card number never reaches the operator. Receipts are sent by Stripe.
Invoices for work agreed in writing are payable within 30 days, unless the agreement says otherwise.
Refunds
Swiss law gives no general right of withdrawal for services ordered online. Where a service is performed immediately and in full at the customer's express request, nothing is left that could be given back; the section of the website concerned says when that is so.
Availability
No availability is guaranteed for any website. They are run to the best of the means available. Breaks for maintenance, faults and outages are possible and give no right to a refund.
Liability
Liability is limited to the extent the law allows. Liability for slight negligence, for indirect damage and for lost profit is excluded. Liability for death and bodily injury, and for intent and gross negligence, is not excluded and cannot be.
Third-party websites reachable through a link are the sole responsibility of their operators.
Changes to these terms
The operator may change these terms. The new version is published on this page and applies to orders placed after that. For a service already paid for, the version accepted at payment applies.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva. Mandatory statutory provisions are reserved: consumers may always rely on the court at their own domicile.
vertio.ch
This section applies to the website vertio.ch and prevails for it over the general part. It is word for word the text published on vertio.ch itself.
What vertio.ch is
vertio.ch keeps public leaderboards for Switzerland. You buy a place on them. The rank is the bid: who pays more stands higher. There is no other criterion, no algorithm and no editorial choice.
Every listing is a paid placement. The paid amount is shown publicly beside the rank. The board does not rate the businesses and says nothing about their quality.
Who may bid
Businesses and persons based or resident in Switzerland may bid. You may link only to an offering of your own.
The linked address must be publicly reachable over HTTPS. Short links are not allowed, and neither are affiliate, referral, invitation or tracking links. A redirect is accepted only inside the same domain.
Content that is forbidden under Swiss law is not allowed. The title, the description and the icon must not be obscene or pornographic.
A listing that points at your own website is paid from an e-mail address on that same domain. A listing that points at a profile on one of the accepted platforms is proved by a word we name, which must appear in the profile itself. Without that proof no listing is created.
Listing somebody else's profile or offering is forbidden. Anyone impersonating another is removed without refund; those affected can write to info@vertio.ch, and we remove such listings on our own initiative as well.
How bidding works
The smallest bid is CHF 1.00. Payment is in Swiss francs only. Each amount must sit on the grid of its magnitude: steps of CHF 0.01 below CHF 10, of CHF 0.10 below CHF 100, of CHF 1 below CHF 1'000, of CHF 10 below CHF 10'000 and of CHF 100 above that.
Each amount is unique per board. An amount that somebody already holds cannot be bought. Per board, one bidder holds one listing.
A top-up on an existing listing is additive: a listing at CHF 1.00 for which CHF 4.00 more is paid then stands at CHF 5.00. The new amount must be free and on the grid. Anyone may pay a top-up with any card; it can only raise the listing.
As soon as a bid starts, the amount is reserved for 30 minutes. If payment does not follow in that time, the reservation lapses and the amount becomes free again. The rank is granted only when the charge has succeeded.
The two boards
There are two boards, independent of each other. The all-time board keeps a listing with no time limit. The weekly board removes a listing seven days after its last successful payment; its amount then becomes free again. A top-up starts those seven days again.
Prices and payment
Payment is by card through Stripe Checkout. A billing address in Switzerland is necessary. Receipts are sent by Stripe; vertio.ch sends no receipts of its own.
Prices are in Swiss francs. Taxes are added as applicable.
No refunds
Payments are not refunded. There is one single exception: if vertio.ch cannot honour a charge, it is refunded automatically. That is the case when the card already holds a listing on the same board, or when the billing address is not in Switzerland. Both show only at the time of the charge.
The service is performed immediately and in full: as soon as the payment succeeds the rank is yours, it is publicly visible, and the amount is blocked for everybody else on that board. Whoever places a bid expressly asks for this immediate performance. After payment there is therefore nothing left that could be given back.
Moderation and take-down
Every listing is checked automatically at submission: the address, the blocklists, the title and the description. A language model reads the landing page and assesses it. That assessment is only an aid; the decision is made by hand.
The operator may take a listing down at any time, at their own discretion and without a refund. After a lost dispute, the domain, the email address and the card identity may be blocked.
Chargebacks
If the original payment for a listing is charged back, the listing is taken down and its rank released. If the chargeback concerns only a top-up, only that contribution falls away: the listing then stands at its previous amount, or at the nearest free step below it.
If a dispute is won, the listing is restored, provided the rank is still free. If a dispute is lost, the listing stays down, and the domain, the email address and the card identity are blocked.
A chargeback for a listing that was published is a breach of contract: the service had already been performed at that moment. vertio.ch reserves the right to claim the amount owed and the resulting loss, including the fee the payment provider charges for the case, through debt enforcement if necessary. It is different when the payment was not yours: report a misuse of your card to info@vertio.ch and the matter is settled at no cost to you.
Changes to a listing
The title, the description and the icon can be changed. For this, vertio.ch sends a single-use link to the email address given at Checkout. The URL, the commune and the category cannot be changed.
Availability
The operator gives no availability guarantee. The site is run on a best-effort basis. Breaks for maintenance, faults and outages are possible and give no right to a refund.
Liability
The operator's liability is limited to the extent the law allows. The linked websites are the sole responsibility of their operators. vertio.ch checks the addresses at submission, but takes no responsibility for their content.
Changes to these terms
The operator may change these terms. The new version is published on this page. It applies to bids placed after that. For a listing already paid for, the version accepted at payment applies.
